Sari Harris

I'm a product design leader with over  20 years of hands-on experience in New York City. I currently work at London Stock Exchange Group, where I focus on workflow strategy across LSEG and Microsoft products for enterprise finance.

 I began my career as a front-end coder and visual designer. While at The Economist in the early 2000s, I discovered I wanted to shape the design process from beginning to end. To further that aim, I attended graduate school at Pratt Institute to study user-centered design thinking.

My approach is rooted in cross-functional collaboration, customer research, and data-informed decision-making. I believe the strongest products come from teams that work closely together, challenge assumptions, and stay deeply connected to customer needs throughout the design process.

In my free time these days, I can be found making bagels, ice cream, studying astrology and puttering around in my garden.
