thinkorswim wanted to create a lightweight version of their powerhouse trading platform.

The target audience was active traders who trade between 100-300 times per week.

My role

I was manager of the thinkorswim web application when it was transitioning from MVP to its Asia market launch. This time period also coincided with the need to scale the product features and navigation to include advanced charing and futures trading. Exciting stuff!

In addition to shaping the strategy, I also recruited new designers, including one during the all-remote covid times with all remote onboarding.
