Hello, I'm Sari

I’m a product and service design leader with more than 20 years of hands-on experience shaping digital products and teams in New York City.

I currently serve as Principal Service Designer at London Stock Exchange Group, where I lead workflow strategy across LSEG and Microsoft products, driving connected experiences for complex enterprise ecosystems.

Previously, I built and led high-performing design teams at TD Ameritrade and New Relic, delivering products that balanced customer needs, business goals, and operational scale.

My expertise includes:

Over the course of my career, I’ve held design and leadership roles at organizations including The Economist, Scholastic, College Board, Infor, and TD Ameritrade.

In 2016, I spent six months embedded with Pivotal Labs (now Tanzu Labs) supporting TD Ameritrade’s innovation initiatives. I later helped champion and scale modern product innovation practices that accelerated the launch of new investing experiences leading up to the Schwab acquisition in 2019.
