I'm a product design leader specializing in complex systems, services, and workflows. I bring together research, systems thinking, and design to make complicated experiences easier to understand and use.

Currently a Principal Service Designer at London Stock Exchange Group, I previously built and led design teams at TD Ameritrade and New Relic. My recent work explores how AI can simplify complex enterprise workflows and support better decision-making.
