I'm a product design leader with more than 20 years of experience designing complex technical products, services, and workflows—and leading the teams that build them.
I specialize in making complicated systems easier to understand and use - particularly products involving complex data, technical workflows, and multiple systems and users.
I'm currently a Principal Service Designer at London Stock Exchange Group, where I work across multiple product and service experiences for financial professionals. My recent work focuses on complex enterprise workflows and how AI and agentic capabilities can reduce manual investigation, surface the right information, and help people make better decisions.
Previously, I built and led product design teams at TD Ameritrade and New Relic, working across observability, investing, data visualization and transactional products.

A little more about me
My career has taken me from front-end development and visual design through UX, product design, design leadership, and service design. That range has shaped how I approach problems today: I can move between detailed product interactions and the larger systems, workflows, and organizational context around them.
I'm interested in what happens when AI brings these layers closer together - allowing us to rethink not just the interfaces, but how the work gets done.
